Sean is the 2nd Hoey Boy to join the Hoey Wealth Management Team. He was born and raised in Auburn but has claimed Dorchester as his home for the last 10 years. Sean graduated from Nichols College in 2016. He spent 6 years in the finance industry, working at State Street as a Structured Trust Analyst (working on CLO’s and CDO’s) and Loomis Sayles in their Investment Operations. Sean has always had a passion for teaching and helping people, which is why coaching at CrossFit 617 in Dorchester & Braintree for the last 4 years has been a unique and transformative experience.
Sean has recently decided to make the leap back into the financial industry and is excited to learn more about asset management, portfolios, and helping people feel financially sound.
Outside of work, you can catch Sean in the gym with friends, skiing in the winter, or reading James Patterson’s newest books on the beach.
